Cuthona sp. #12
|Maximum size: about 4 mm.
The body of this aeolid is translucent-white with opaque white on the
head and notum. The cerata are translucent with scattered opaque-white
dots and white tips. The bright yellow digestive gland can be seen
the cerata. The rhinophores
are translucent with gold-yellow pigment and there are a few low,
opaque white papillae on their posterior faces.
The single known Cuthona sp. #12
was found in Halimeda kanaloana
at 32 m (105 ft).
