Auriculastra subula (Quoy & Gaimard, 1832)

Maximum size: 12 mm (Severns, 2011).
Identification: This species has a slender, brown shell similar in profile to Blauneria but with dextral coiling. There is one moderately low fold on the columella. (Note 1)
Natural history: Like most ellobiids, Auriculastra subula is intertidal. (Severns, 2011)
