Identification:  This species has a conical white shell with deeply incised sutures and a spiral cord on its periphery. There's one columellar fold and weak axial ribs. Natural history:  We've never seen Odostomia sp. #4 on Maui. Distribution:  Oahu. Taxonomic notes:  This species is listed as Odostomia sp. 2 in Severns, 2011.
