Nesiodostomia sp. #7
Maximum size: 2.6 mm shell
length.
Identification:
The
shell of this species is similar in profile to some of the other smaller Nesiodostomia spp
but differs in being glossy-white. There is one very weak columellar fold.
Natural history: Nesiodostomia sp. #7 is known from two shells found in a
sand sample from 52 m (170 ft).
Distribution:
Maui.
Taxonomic notes: This species is listed in Severns, 2011 as Eulimella sp. 3.
