The family Goniodorididae
includes small species that feed on compound ascidians, bryozoans or
kamptozoans.
They have a reduced mantle margin and many have prominent papillae or
tubercles. There are about 16 species known from Hawaii in six
genera (Bermudella, Ceratodoris, Murphydoris, Okenia, Pelagella, and Trapania).
